The new corp generally gets about 50-60B starting cash from the founding nation/enterprise's treasury as well.

The corporation also purchases raw materials it needs for the first months of production.
The cost varies, depending on the type of corporation.

It is low for agricultural corporations and it is much higher for industrial ones.
It is extremely high for a cargo shuttles corporation.
