Quality of Military Supplies

Does anyone know if the quality of military supplies and services make a difference? I'd love to contract empire wide but it seems like it might be more cost efficient to order at 120 and immediate order as necessary.

No difference. Or so I'm told.

I haven't seen much of a difference myself, although I don't "War" against other players (or had a reason to, I should say). In taking abandoned countries and C3's, I don't see a difference- although, I don't use the entire spectrum of weapons and Ammo, just about 1/4th of them.

No difference. Always order 120q for military supplies and military maintenance products.
