Cannot message players back

getting error every time i try messaging back

Are you using the messaging on the portal or the messaging in the country.

Please try to give more info.
It is is in the country, then world name and country name will help and we will look into it.

I have had this issue, the problem is the message becomes too long. When responding from the country the response includes all previous messages, just go delete the text of prior messages before typing the new one.
