It seems that we are frozen in time, I looked at all my countries and there all stuck on the date June 6, 4859. Beyond not being able to transfer people looks like most other functions are working.

Many other functions are freezed... Particularly war functions.. You cant move troops, Airlift, use RDU..etc..
