I am confused because I have 69 corperations that I am waiting to be running at max efficiency, yet i am losing 41,000 citizens per game month via mmigration, and being notified that I have high unemployment? "Kingdom of Valyria" for reference. Thanks for any help in advance.

I don't know how to look but did you check if you are missing one type of worker?

How about government salaries are they higher than your companies?

Did you check the hiring levels of the companies? They could be on auto or set below 100% from previous owner/computer. How about your settings? There is one that lets the computer vary the hiring levels too.

First, always put the full name of your country. You are the "The Kingdom of Valyria". Searches for "Kingdom of Valyria" will fail.

Second, check your employment page. You are low on many types of workers compared to need. Look at "total unemployed" compared to "needed for 100% production". One large example, you have 183 unemployed executives. You need 41,011. If you are missing one type of worker, the proportion of other workers will also not be employed.

In short, you have 2 issues. You need to fix education, both the index and priorities. Also, you simply have too many corps. A rule of thumb is that you are unlikely to support many more corps than your population in millions. You are probably 9-10 corps too much.

No problem. Another tip. Try to keep your edu/health/trans indexes about the same, but I noticed your social security index is kinda high. That index can be 38 points lower than the others, and it still won't hurt you. An extra reason to do this right now is while you are fixing employment, you won't bleed as much cash.

Also, you have a lot of weapons compared to your ammo situation. That isn't great. Usually, I find I need 5 or 6 times the value in ammo for an effective force. The problem will compound because all of your weapons consume ammo as upkeep every month as well.

There are some other things you might want to watch but I won't go into detail here, thus writing a book, like whether your common market is helping you, and the quality of items you are buying.
