Per the documentation,

Share purchases by enterprises are always by the user and are not performed automatically.

Does this only apply to shares outside of an IPO? I can set my portfolio targets to a *lower* percentage and shares will sell automatically. How ever, trying to set a *higher* percentage, share buying orders are never created. In this intentionally only half true or is there more to this?

Additionally, It seems I am unable to buy any shares if my enterprise has any debt? Or is it only if the debt is higher than my cash?

If true, I can understand preventing abuse of the system, but when roughly 3T of debt is dwarfed by nearly 60T in assets, I think I should be still able to freely participate in stock trading.

Thanks
