War Levels

Can slaves with War Level 1 be attacked by other Presidents? It says it can't but it also says that "temporary war protection has not been enabled". Can someone please confirm?

I think I answered your question on the Discord, but I'll do it here as well if anyone else is wondering:

You cannot be attacked by anyone on any planet except Fearless Blue unless you advance to War Level 3. War Protection can be confusing, but it doesn't refer to countries under War Level 3. For countries that are WL3, War Protection is a service you can buy using GC that protects your countries (for an amount of time) from declarations of war.

Useful for narrowing down the countries you want to use in an offensive war, or hiding from other scary players.
