Corps and Contracts

I love the idea of having my country self suff; but is there a way to just contract 100% of its production? If I put in the full amount, thats last months amount. It doesnt update once it produces more and the numbers arent updated.

Also, my country is still auto buying arms and ammo when I have this turned off, and my country still doesn't reflect that I lowered my army by a ton.

Did you just disband the armies or did you sell the weapon systems as well?

Another possibility is already made orders for ammunition from before you sold the weapons. Some ammunition has large shortage so if your country ordering it is left on its own, you could see orders being fulfilled that were placed months, possibly years ago depending on the ammo.
