If I want to purchase a new free C3 country for 30 gold coins and it has 10 or less natural resources, how do I find those type of countries?
Do I search continent by region by country one by one checking the purchase link? Or am I mistaken and there is a better and faster way of searching? |

Those are the countries long time presidents have depleted. I'd look at countries adjoining large empires but they're going be difficult to build into anything unless more resources are discovered at some point. |

Indeed, these countries probably do not exist.
Many rounds of discovery of raw materials added more and more natural resources to all countries. many of them are sitting there as C3 countries.
Only countries with presidents have seen their natural resources being used and many have nothing left.
You should also consider the option of taking such a country by force.
Building an army that is able to do so represents a cost but in that case you use game money, not gold coins.
going up the game levels, is also a way to earn many gold coins. |
