Education Priorities

I have automation for my educational center turned off. Yet every time I log in, my set educational priorities have been changed from what I set them mere hours earlier. This has happened like three times.

Am I missing a setting?

In general, it does what you ask it to do.

In some cases, when the system thinks that the country is in a very bad shape, it might do otherwise.

If you want me to have a look, give me the name of the world, and the country.

I think what happened is what you described, the system saw a country in very bad shape and changed priorities to what it saw fit. It has since stopped, I did just make sure to log in often to make sure I could revert back to my choices.

Maybe not a bad option, but I would've liked the option to disable that completely. Even if the feature is helping, not knowing exactly what was happening and not being able to see the results of my changes didn't allow me to fail and learn from that mistake.
