I can't add/purchase new country

Hello! A country I had must have been taken in war & I can't seem to add or buy a new one because I have an enterprise & it defaulted to my main game entity. I get a message saying that I must earn GC before buying or adding a new country. I have 30GC.. Do I have to cancel my Enterprise just to get another country? No telling how long waiting around for a GC reward will take.

You can register another country with the 30 GC
