I know that I can nationalize my corporations as a country to prevent them from having bids placed on them but how do you prevent people from bidding on your corporations when you are an enterprise?

Thanks for your time

Nothing!
Get the values high so players don't bid because of the value, but as a CEO they are all open to bids. If you build in your own country and someone places a bid, then you can nationalize the corp to keep it.

if a country tries to nationalize a corp, move it, they wont get it, (it works the same as a bid,)

if some one tries to hostile bid a corp, 1 month before the bid goes through, request 450b in loans, when they go through transfer the money out, you get 450b, plus the price of the bid, they get a corp with 450b in loans, and it will probably close from debt

its called a debt bomb, other more experienced ceo's can tell u better how to do it, thats just the basics

this recently happened to me, some one bid on one of my corps, i sent him a debt bomb, and polity asked him not to do it again

Interesting. I thought that corps were locked while they were being bid on. I bid on some of my own countries corporations from my Enterprise and then tried to do something (what exactly I don't remember) but was told that those corps currently had bids on them and I couldn't do it.

I'll have to keep in mind that debt bomb which I will surely use if someone attempts it without asking first or goes against my wishes if they do ask first, though it seems like a loophole in the system to be able to do that.

I guess then that trying to nationalize a company is a good tool for those ceo's that don't respond to messages that are nicely asking them to remove their corporation from my country due to it's lack of performance in paying me taxes. I might just have to use that real soon if this player doesn't start responding to my requests for info or removal. So that by nationlizing the other person corps, they either move it or lose it, either way I come out on top in these situations.
