Relief: Sending and Cleanup? (Golden Rainbow)

What does it mean after I've sent relief to a country and in my disaster panel it has a link to "cleanup", is this something I need to do? Or do I just leave it alone and let it take care of itself?

Also how do you know which relief to send to a country?

Example: Country A is hit with a large earthquake, what relief do you send them, and how does this get added to your country score?

Cleanup means that the relief has been delivered and you are deleting the record of the trip. If you don't delete that record--cleanup--then it stays there forever.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that explains to a sender how much relief a country needs. When your country has a disaster, somewhere on your disaster page it says how much of each type of relief is used per day during the recovery. But senders don't get to see that information.

The sender doesn't get any score points for sending disaster relief. But sending relief may help to build relationships, for those who have faith in some kind of popularity strategy. However, the relief recipient doesn't necessarily know that he received relief. The recipient may or may not check the page that shows who sent relief.
