I just wanted to know if anyone had any good ideas to get past the military spending limits.

I had a theory to increase the military budget, but im afraid to do that for fear that i will fuck something up.
So any good ideas? or anyone want to test my theory for me?

The obvious idea is use a booster.

The budget feature of the game is useless. It is a feature that is independent from the rest of the game features.

Limits are in place to stabilize the Sim from players who wish to treat it as a war game. Also, costs bring military sizes a little closer to reality. In previous years, miltaries possessed literally millions of weapons systems.
You must now limit yourself to what you can afford. Use boosters to increase your ammo purchases but forget about becoming some kind of superpower. That simply isn't possible in the current game scale.
