I have a company that produces Factory Maintenance Units and I want it to keep some of it's stock for it's own use, how can I do that, or is that even possible?

Yes. First of all, make a note of how many you need to use per month.

At the bottom of the corporation's page in the Product Offered section, click on review corporation contracts.

Then propose a new contract to countries or their corporations. Enter the name of your own country (or the country the corporation is located in, if it is owned by your Enterprise) and click on Choose this country.

You should then be able to select the name of your corporation from a list as the recipient of the contract. Offer the appropriate quantity and don't forget to accept the contract at the other end!
