I noticed Some of my states don't have Government Salaries that match up to the corporate. Of course I went to measures to fix this and it seems as though the salaries don't want to increase. Aside from automating your salaries is there any other factors that would slow, or completely stop government salaries increase?

Its all relative I think. If gov salaries get too high compared to average corporate salaries they get force decreased. If gov salaries get too high compared to your financial situation they get forced decreased.

There was a time where my government salaries weren't allowed to go above 387, now they never seam to get decreased. Usually the best thing is to just set government salaries to automatic, the government salaries have something to do with the income tax rate of all workers, but its probably too much hassle for too little payoff.
