Spending space booster (Golden Rainbow)

What does the boost spending space booster do? The description is pretty poor.

"Boost Spending Space.

Increase the Spending Space of your country or enterprise with 1,200.00 Billion"

Does that mean I get $1.2 trillion for 1 GC? It doesn't appear to do anything since I just added the booster and nothing changed on my country page.

Or does it just increase the amount you can spend? If that is the case then the description should read ".....country or enterprise *BY* 1,200.00 Billion." If it just increases the amount you can spend it seems like a total looser booster. Oh hooray! I can spend $1.2 trillion more this month and be in a huge amount of debt.

It only increases the amount of money you can *spend* in a game month. It does not actually GIVE you the money to spend.

I mostly use that one to boost my CEO and buy weapons.
