What can and can't be targeted by nukes?

The following can be nuked: capital, cities, military bases, and military airports.

The documentation leaves out a lot.

Do normal missile interceptors hit nuclear missiles?

It says interceptors can hit "bombers". Does that mean precision bombers or both strategic and also precision?

Does the nuclear interceptor have to be right at the target? What is the blast radius of the nukes?

well i thought that you have to have nuclear defence batteries to shoot down the bombers and missiles??????

Pretty sure only nuclear defense batteries can go against nuclear weapons.
