Trading Professionals... (Little Upsilon)

Sorry, I orginally posted this in the wrong section of the forums. I musta forgot I was not in the Help section. Anyways.

I was wondering. I went to trade professionals with a C3, and am waiting for a response. Mostly to see what would happen. (I also need more high-tech engys for a corp im trying to build) Will the c3 respond or not?

There is no player controlling the country, hence the name c3. Because no one will log on to that country then theres no one able to accept or reject your offer to exchange professionals.

Ok, wasn't sure if there was a an automatic AI response or not. Thanks for the answer

Wish you were on GR, I'm in great shape for HTE, but running borderline on HLW. But interplanetary transfers don't work either.
