Not that I know of. I was looking for just that yesterday and couldn't find anything.
If you set up a new garrison blueprint (War > Garrison Units > Setup Garrison Blueprints) it proposes a level of ammunition for each weapon automatically. I've been sticking with their numbers. Ditto for War > Military Units > Setup new military units.
