I need your country name so I can examine it and give you instructions for a good starting point. Here are a few tips though. Make sure your education points under education priorities only add up to 120, more than that make no difference. If your economy is bad you need to begin building a good education index. I am willing to trade you some teachers and university teachers for other workers you have in excess. You won't be able to fix your employment problem until you get your low level workers educated. Depending on how many population you bought this could take awhile to fix. So, to summarize, if you have bad economy and bad employment you need to educate teachers and university teachers immediately, or get them by trading. Your education index should be around 200. However, I can give you better instructions if I know your country name. Also, beware not to make the common mistake that a lot of new players make buy mass building corporations. You only need two corps per one million population. It costs your country for each one that gets built so pace them out and don't go crazy building 9 or 10 at once. If you have 6 million population, you only need 11 or 12 corps. If you have 10 million population you only need 19 to 20 corps.
I'll be glad to help you more but you need to message me in the game to the country Urijah
