How much fuel and ammo do different weapon types use in one month of peace? What about other costs, such as supplies? And where can I find such info?

The ammo usage depends on the number of weapons that you have.

The usage numbers for ammo and all other commodities can be found under "Trade" and "Products in Stock." One of the columns is "Monthly Use."

For ammo, that's the answer. Thanks. But for trucks, gasoline, military services, military supplies, and I don't know whate else, it's not so easy.

If I buy only one kind of weapon, I can see how much usage goes up by and know the effect of that weapon. I suppose if I buy the exact same two kinds of weapons for two months, I could do some algebra and get the net for those two weapons, etc.

But is there any way to know the increase per weapon without spending several game years testing?

And even for ammo, there's something weird going on. I have all my offensive weapons deactivat4ed. But I'm still showing non-zero (albeit low) monthly usage of their ammunition.

I think the more they drive around the more fuel they use. The more they shoot the more ammo they use. Trucks is how much ammo/supplies you choose to load the unit with. Military supplies and services are a constant consumption rate I think but I might be wrong on that one.

If your question was the consumption of these "goods" go to setup a unit with the one specific unit in question, the game will automatically set a recommended amount of these goods, that should give you a general idea of what amounts goods each specific unit consumes.

If weapons aren't deployed as a unit/garrison. Then your limited to how many units you can have active per off/def/strat, base/airport. Your countries consumption of these military goods will not completely reflect your army. Weapons and ammo simply disappear (some insecure sim citizen is driving a tank to his office job), and yes you can have zero of a unit and for some reason you have demand for that type of ammo (black market militia?)
