Level 8 and beyond... (Lv8 NEEDS ADDED!) (Little Upsilon)

So I work long and hard drudging through the levels 1 by one and even in reverse at times.

Reach the common milestone of lv5. "Pat on the back, ohh yeah. lol"

Reach the ever rare lv6 and much hard work. "Time for a drink, who's buying?!"

Reach the fabled Lv7 with near mind breaking times of waiting and number crunching. "I'm breaking every clock I see with a minute hand! Where is that drink???"

Finally get my drink from lv6 and 7 then recover only to find out there is a roadblock placed on Level 8! BOOOO!

Tommi (Tom Willard) said today in chat that levels 8 to 10 will NOT be implemented anytime soon. They have other things which are much higher priority.

I achieved Level 7 in 12 game years of playing (as a totally new player).

And real life cash, is no substitute for knowing how to play the game well. After all, pulling a 400 Defense Index, 94 Employment Index, and 130 Financial Index, over 5 countries, is no easy feat.

Well, there are other indexes involved too, but those were the hardest 3 to achieve (and also the hardest to continue to maintain, as I'm still level 7). Employment being the tricky one.

What are the full requirements for Level 7. Are they written in the docs anywhere?

Empire > 5 Countries
Average Population > 30 millions
Average Health Index > 180
Average Education Index > 180
Average Social Security > 120
Average Defense Index (total) > 400
Average Transportations Index > 180
Average Employment level > 94%
Average Financial Index > 130
Two enterprises > 700 corporations total

Level 8 exists! 150 FI, 1000 Corps, and the rest is the same as Level 7 = 300 GC's.

Yeah but... I have met all the requirements for level 8, for 2 days now, and all I get is this message.
