SOL Award not reflected

I recently won a Entrepreneur Award in GR, dated March 31,2024. I won 0.25 SOL for being rated 4.

I have my wallet on this site saved and I have won SOL previously as well without any problems. but this time around, it seemed there was no new received sol in my crypto account....


When does it usually arrive?

Just because I don't follow crypto much, I had to look up what that 0.25 Sol was worth. so if I'm reading it right a normal player that takes GC awards can take 19 GC or if they take crypto they get ~ 44 USD worth of sol which could be converted to ~ 400 GC. that's... worth knowing.

Still no 0.25 SOL awarded to my account. What is happening?
