Defense Level (average) (Fearless Blue)

I just made level 2 with 21,300 approx. having said that 17,500 of them are MIB s !!!

it's the cheapest way to do it I think.

Bases are cheaper per point but take up a lot of manpower

Has anyone calculated the points for offensive weapons? Strategic?

I know defense is weighted more. I want to know exact numbers. Thanx.
