Lol Chat one and I leave for the day... (Little Upsilon)

Can we get a chat room that works when I click on it and that people really use? I have to divert to some other chat thing and then the people in it don't even play anymore... Some kind of in~game chat would be nice to add to the frame work of the window would be cool... Not at the bottom of the page but at the bottom of the web browser frame work... Active when logged into your country or CEO screen...

There may be some people in it who don't play anymore. But a majority still do.
