Garrison Defaults - Do once, apply to slaves (White Giant)

I'd like to suggest the ability to set the default Garrison blueprints in one country and apply it to all the empire's slave nations also. It is so tedious tweaking so many variables on every country when experimenting (or just setting up...)

But definitely leave that option optional.

i like your idea and think master countries being able to control common market controls for your empire as well

Add my favorable vote. Creating a few templates and having the option to move them from nation to nation would save a great deal of tedious effort. Though the problem remains in the future for me -- I'm still trying to figure out what garrisons are all about! LOL
