Review country contracts & Review corporation contracts (Little Upsilon)

I would like to see a category added to these lists.

I would like propose we add "Received/Offered" to the view.

For this would tell us where we are receiving it(contract) from, or where we are offering it to. The options would only be labeled as Common, Local, World, or Direct...
