I suggest a new type of education facility the low level worker centre. Here the unemployed masses can be brain washed into doing some work. A back to work school so to speak. I am sure everyone who is stuck with 1 million or more unemployable llw would gladly increase their welfare budget to build these schools if it means llw are converted into something useful faster.

Yeah, I agree too...create trade schools or boces, so our low level workers can smoke the herb and learn how to be medium and high level workers...not everyone wants to be a sober doctor.

I think it is called a "university". You can buy them on either the "trade"-"products in stock" or you can get some in the education menu.

Universities convert low level workers into professionals. They do not have any other function.
