Educational Booster (Golden Rainbow)

What about a booster that you can buy for a gold coin that allows you to educate more people per month for 5 months...a steroid injection for your Educational system similar to the build more corporations per month booster.

Then what's the point of having an educational system? I believe this idea has been shot down before.
