could someone explain for what reason is that the % of reactivate weapons is too low? why dont increase it up to 50% , that wil make more fun for wars!!

I think the idea is that you shouldn't be able to buy a crap load of weapons, deactivate them all so as not to incur the upkeep costs, and the reactivate them all easily to attack someone out of the blue. It should be planned over time.

You can still have fun when your opponent has lots of deactivated weapons. Blowing up assets is about the same whether or not the enemy gets a full garrison in place. In most cases it is the same 6 mouse clicks regardless of the size of the defense.

i think they should up the amount you can reactivate at one time. maybe change the amount you can deactivate at once to a lower number
