Proposal for Moderators on the forums (Kebir Blue)

Could we upgrade the forums to a hetter version, as to where we can have a poll on our threads we create? Also to have moderators to where they can monitor Specific parts of the forums such as making them cops to partol only specific parts?
I came over from travian, and seeing these forums so unregulated is what bound to be prone to abuse.

Its fairly easy to implement if the staff have the technical know how to do it.

If I need to explain in better detail what moderators do I'll explain it when a person asks.

Actually travian was a crap load of fun for me.
Being a leader of an entire quad, having spies in other alliances. coordinating off. attacks on people then wiping out entire accounts in just a matter of seconds (if you can coordinate with enough people down to a few seconds).

I played on the US servers, I didnt play on the COM servers, way to many people who didnt speak english.

To be honest, you can do all that you said here....

Its been done before too, but not in seconds - its more in depth here.....

Personally I think its to quick to kill so many people with nukes, travians dealiest weapon was a catapult.

tbh I think Travian is probably a better game than SimCountry is right now. Less complexity and depth but more coherent game design.

I found it terribly time consuming though which is why I quit.

I read some of the Travian guides. The game seams to be more popular but that could be due to advertising.

I do not think Travian would improve if you had a selection of catapult rounds. Marble, granite, basalt, lead, bees, three day old carrion, etc. If Travian is too time consuming now it would be much worse if you had to click a mouse to load each round into the catapult.

The idea of sending the army raiding far away and then going to sleep has some merit.

Its not as time consuming as you think when you can have up to 3 people run the same account with the same intention in mind.
