Add Advanced Search Option for CEO's (Kebir Blue)

There should be an advanced search option available for CEO's who want to relocate corps. It should be possible to do things like only search for countries with 0% tax as well as a range (say options like: Less than 10%, Less than 20%, etc..).

Also there should be an option to search only for: countries with no president/with a president; excess of different types of workers, etc.

Such an option would make the game much more playable and make it easier to relocate multiple corps.
