Joe3811 (Golden Rainbow) | Tuesday, May 12, 2009 - 03:38 pm I was considering purchasing one of the Resurrection Corps that had been offerred for sale when I found that there was a large surcharge for that purchase. I checked the same type purchases that hadn't been offered for sale and the surcharge was leveled there too. My guess is that this is a charge intended to discourage hostile takeovers. If that's the case there should be an opportunity for the seller to eschew the surcharge. Does anyone know anything about this, or just have an opinion? |
CraftyCockney (Golden Rainbow) | Tuesday, May 12, 2009 - 06:51 pm Most corps doing well will have 50B cash in them anyway, so look at it as that covering the 'surcharge'. CraftyCockney |
