Dividing coins for registration

Does anybody think if you have only a few coins, you should be able to divide them between countries and ceo's whose registration needs to extended.
I could not find a way to do so. Am I missing something?

One way to accomplish this NP, would be to buy boosters at 1 - 10 GC a time for your empire and enterprise. Each coin spent will get you an extra days play. You might as well get something for your GC anyway, even if you were paying the full 30.
