I suggest that the GM's work on a system that you can be more in-deph with your population. Because right now, they are just numbers on a score bored. Basicly what I'm saying is this, let us hold REAL events, festivals ect. and during war, those misplaced people you acually have to take care of. Well I got more ideas, just no tiime to tpye them :) get creative!!

ALSO, I have time for this other idea...TERRORSITS! They should be brought into the game. Where they would live would be either in countrys with P's who allow them in, or in deserted countries. GET CREATIVE WITH THIS ONE TOO!! Give it an economic, warfare, and peace time prospective if you can!

Inherent in the terrorist scenario would be an adjustable level of Internal Security, which could impact productivity and the welfare index. (And remember that "Homeland Security Forces" is translated to "GEheime STAdts POlizei" . Interesting...Did they realize this when they came up with the name?)

terrorism was promised five years ago.

I wouldn't count on it, neither civil or corporate terrorism
