Centralized Purchasing (Wholesale operator for enterprises) (White Giant)

Give enterprises the ability to setup a wholesale company to buy all materials need for all their corporations. This company would then sell to the individual companies. The process would be automatic.

The wholesale company could buy on the world market and purchase directly from companies. Give the wholesale company the ability to puchase from companies on a contract basis.

What is important here is a link between the enterprise companies owned and the wholesale company. This link should run similar to the country consumables system. (Number of months stock to maintain)

Or maybe there should be a supplies quantity choice added to the corporation section. (Order strategy)

Great! Implicit in this is that we'd be able to have a purchase strategy for each commodity rather than have the same strategy for all comodities used in a particular corps. Of course this would be an option.

This would also give common markets a great boost. Would also like to be able to buy easily, on a repeatable-until-canceled basis at the Enterprise level, from specific corps w/in the Enterprise or CM.
