Make a Common Market Advantage (White Giant)

If the GM wants to encourage the expansion of Common Markets, they need to create an economic advantage for their creation. As it stands now, the Common Markets do nothing more then drag down on countries and enterprise's profits will driving up unneeded quality. Surely some sort of advantage can be offered to encourage their expansion.

Yeah, my impression is to RL Corporations do extensive contracting to assure quality, get products that are tested to be compatible for corp operations, reliable supply, reduced inventory, reduced corp purchasing costs. All that would be necessary is that for materials contracted there be a reduction in fixed costs of 0.1 to 1% of material costs (contracted) and a 1-2 upgrade in product if 85% (or some such minimum)of commodities are contracted.
