I want a checkbox option to turn off portfolio targets for specific corps for my countries and enterprises.
Sometimes I will put in manual orders to sell shares and find my country/enterprise trying to buy them back, or I will put in manual orders to buy and find my country/enterprise trying to sell them off. Yes, I could change the portfolio target, but I'd rather have it sit still and behave itself.
