Fix for the Common Market (White Giant)

Allow common market transactions to be based on the cost to manufacture the item with a percent markup, so that it will not run corps using it in to the ground. You will then have alot more people using it...

I noticed that the common market page doesn't include weapons and ammunition quality upgrades. Can it be upgraded to include thses new products?
