Im surely you all are having trouble with education system the way it runs at now.
If the documents said that the education is the key to success, why cant we have an option where we can transfer any of the profession in the list to any profession we want to put them in the list again.
Say for instance, you got low level managers to high tech seniors on the (from profession) list and then you have low level workers to high level workers on the (to profession) list.
Wouldnt you think it would be better if we could be able to have full list from low level workers to high tech seniors including executives and high tech executives as well on the list with the both side of the (from profession and to profession)?
So in that way,you can transfer low level workers etc to any profession you want. And that goes the same with the rest.
Full total list of profession on the from and to profession list.
And secondly, the total number of priority settings should increase from 120 to say about (200-250).
What do you think?

Lulz...
That would virtually negate the whole point of the education system and priorities and the whole complexity of being able to realise your strategy for your country's economy and infrastructure.

The 120 total for priorities is not a cast iron rule, it's just what most people find the easiest to use. The priorities are a ratio of one worker types growth to another, not a simple multiplier. In other words, having a priority total of 240 would give you exactly the same results as one of 120, you would just need to double the individual worker type priority. Take 10 as the average for the 12 worker types and manipulate up or down as you see fit, or 20 as the average and manipulate up and down to a total of 240... same result.
