Limit of off weapon spending (Little Upsilon)

I think the gamemaster should get rid of the off spending limit of net cash -3T. Because if ur in a war and in huge dept u still cant fight back because of the limit.

Don't go in debt. Trade GC for game cash if you're broke.

Wait until you are attacked by a player who uses endless C3s to buy endless weapons to use against you, so incurring endless debt. The limit is there for a reason.

Actually I had a certain nix001 in mind. 300T+ in debt and still using C3 debt to irritate me and Sam.
