Free Move for CEO Corporations - High Taxes (Fearless Blue)

The new strip rule is great. CEO can now move their companies for free in strip countries.

I'd like to see the same rule added for countries with punishing tax rates.

When a country raises their tax rate to a certain level, say over over 30% the ceo companies should be allowed to move for free. (No Movement penalty)

I would like to see free moves if a ceo corp has 10% hiring with a salary of 400 or more. Why punish the ceo's for the presidents who do not or cannot run the country well. The ceo's are being punished enough alreay.
