Hello, I manage a 750 corporation enterprise and this little change would help me greatly.
Here is how it works:
On the salary page, where you can adjust the salary level , i often raise the salary twice because the hiring is actualy rising but not maxed so i keep raising the salary.
Hiring level : 80% [red] (Would mean Decreasing)
Hiring level : 74% [Green] ( increasing )
Hiring level 100% [white] (Steady)
These numbers are already there i would just like them color coded to reflect more the situation.
If someone can relay this on the voting page with a re-phrasing ( excuse my poor English) I would greatly appreciate.
I would like to keep this change simple so that it may actually see the day in my living-life.
