Developing Merchant/War Naval forces (Little Upsilon) (Little Upsilon)

I think it would be a great idea to see the development of naval forces, both merchant and military. It would add extra forces to your countries arsenal but would also allow you to attack nations on another continent. it would also be good for trading your industry's different types of products globally.

Yes there are navies already.

We already have merchant ships too, sort of: space ships.
