Mark auto transfer of cash (Fearless Blue)

The new feature transferring cash to enterprise corporations that fall below 20B is nice but is masking problems that came to my attention when corporation cash got low. Can you please mark corporations that receive the cash transfer with a symbol in the margin of the list of corporations as you do with new corporations and corporations not meeting contract obligations.

I'd also like it if corporation contracts could become flexible.

Unless 'not meeting obligations' still means they sell what they can to the contract.
