SANITATION INDEX (Kebir Blue)

I think there should be a Sanitation Index as well. It would be a great opportunity for countries and corps as well with waste management services, dump sites and the index could affect the health of citizens.

"Sanitation"...hmm...there was a -very- clear intent a long time ago to add "Carbon pollution" to the countries, and Electric Power was supposed to be a 'high carbon producer' whereas Nuclear Power would be a '0 carbon producer', or something similar to that...what happened to that "ASAP implementation"?

Maybe whitedarkness or another leader an comment who knows more details, but, really a "pollution" or "envirnomental" index are similar ideas to "sanitation", but expanded to include larger corporation as well as country and military factors.

Originally there was going to be a tax on Electric Power(oil ran) aswell as other corps. It was going to be a green tax but i think it was scrubbed
