I think we should implement a crime index and a police force. Countries should be broken down into regions and regions with poor education will result in high crime!!!

I was just thinking the exact thing. But of course, then you would have to fund a police force. Where there is crime, there will be murder almost all the time. Theres alot of factors to consider with this idea.

Good idea, especially if its linked with a rebellion factor. Newly conquered nations ought to have increased "crime" factor. Crime index can function to force a more gentle and fair economic driven rule of the country. Little investments in civil rule = high crime rate which should influence overall costs and income, and war index.

The proposal has been ACCEPTED.

W3Creative reaction:

We would like very much to add poloce and police stations but there are even more urgent features and we will add space travel, space trading, space wars, military units quality and fighting levels and natural resources before.

you know, that list of priorities does seem about right. the natural resources thing falls into one of those categories, that it sounds good, but leaves me rather concerned. but overall thats probably a fair list. with just the natural resources and space wars left... although the stuff already implemented needs to be fixed, or improved

Space wars!?! God forbid. I hope that's a long way off, regular war seems to need adjusting by all accounts, space itself - likewise. I get the idea nuclear energy was an attempt to introduce 'green' energy, but even that is only half done, or is 'natural resources' meaning the once proposed idea that different countries have different resources to exploit?
Aside from getting the present stuff right as Josias says, I really like the whole crime index idea, very realistic and fits nicely with the greater importance of welfare that W3C are introducing.
