The price of Plutonium has sky-rocketed in a very short time. Who is changing this?

It is making everything un-duly difficult and expensive.

This enterprise used to be able to comfortably buy 3,600kg in one month via direct trade, and now, it won't even allow 2,500kg.

Still rising..on Fearless Blue it was up to around 225M SC$ per kg.

Yes..you are correct. If the 2nd CEO is listed as the "Main Game Entity", though it won't, as will no other selected as such, fyi. The selection was changed, then the booster extension -did- work.
