County Control (Kebir Blue)

I would like the option to micro manage my counties to make sure they are maximizing their efficiencies. Also the countries need to outlined by individual counties. It should be my choice to have a certain county industrious or to have one like a city, etc. More depth please for full members of course.

You can do most of what you are asking.

In fact you can even manage your cities schools, hospitals etc.

really how so? are you talking about putting them on the map? Does that affect game play?
